We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Permanent Client Services Manager to join our thriving engineering firmThis role offers an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of our customer service efforts and contribute to our growth and successThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our innovative engineering solutions within the B2B sector, specifically in the manufacturing and medical device industriesThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1Manage and enhance relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.2Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.3Collaborate with our engineering team to understand our product offerings and communicate these effectively to clients.4Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our engineering solutions.5Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.6Maintain a thorough understanding of the manufacturing and medical device industries to better serve our clients in these sectors.7Handle complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.8Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive new business and increase revenue.9Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote our services and solutions.10Prepare and deliver regular reports on client service activities and performance.
Qualifications:
1Minimum of two years of experience in a client services, account management, or customer service role within the engineering, manufacturing, or medical device sectors.2Proven track record in managing B2B client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.3Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.4Strong understanding of the manufacturing and medical device industries and their needs.5Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client issues effectively and efficiently.Interested in hearing more? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
